Hannah Jong - Self Portrait

oil on canvas 40" x 40"

Hannah was educated at the Academy of Arts ‘Minerva’ in the city of Groningen in the Netherlands. She divides her time and attention between her job as an art teacher and her own paintings. Her often almost photorealistic paintings are inspired by a deep feeling of fascination for the beauty and perfection of nature and especially the animal world. Recently she has decided to involve humans as well to the wide range of models.

Ramandip Singh - Bebe-ji

oil on canvas 18" x 24"

Ramandip Singh is a working artist and educator living in the Washington, D.C. area. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2014 with a dual degree in Art Education and Communication Arts. Both of those degrees have helped him to create a life based around his painting. Singh has been teaching art to middle school students since graduating and started his own painting business in 2017 (art of raman, LLC). The paintings Singh creates are inspired by many travels (mainly to his homeland of India), personal relationships, and carefully selected experiences. India, portraiture, and cityscapes of Washington, D.C. and New York City are some of his favorite subjects to convey. Notable influences include Van Gogh, Rembrandt, and Jeremy Mann.

Kenny Litwack - Dad

fused glass 30.5" x 35.5"x 5"

“Art gives one perspective on life and life gives one perspective on art. Now working in a pointelist tradition much of my work consists of small distinct squares of layered glass or color. We can look too closely at ourselves in an attempt to see who we are. But to truly see or understand we must step back. In art as in life the sum is often greater than the individual parts we are defined by.”

Sue Burley - Viv

I am a multidisciplinary artist. My art is made in a response to social, economic or political events and situations. I use the media that works best to illustrate the concept I have in mind. I hope that my art provokes a viewer to see the everyday in a new and different way.
