Grey Cube Gallery proudly presents the sixth Blue online art show for the month of August 2026. The show encompassed a range of artistic styles and mediums (watercolor, acrylic, oil, digital art, photography, ceramics, pastel, colored pencil). Each submission has been judged based on the following elements of artistic expression: orginality and quality of art, overall design, creativity, interpretation of the theme, demonstration of artistic ability and usage of medium. Out of all entries, 80 artworks were shortlisted for inclusion in the show. The competition attracted entries from many countries across the world: Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Ireland, USA, Russia, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, UK, Australia, USA, Germany, Canada, Taiwan, China, Ireland and Italy. My work begins with recognizing and valuing the thoughts that naturally emerge in everyday life. It is a record of internal reflection and personal growth that unfolds through this awareness. The figures in my work go beyond the simple representation of cuteness or nostalgia for a bygone childhood. We often gain deep self-reflection through the most simple and lighthearted actions in our daily lives—acts we least expect. I express this unrefined, pure state of infinite possibilities through the form of a child. Purity dissolves the boundaries of the mind, allowing us to comfortably face the honest emotions we usually keep hidden. This serves as my visual language, reflecting our unvarnished inner selves as we navigate the world. <’With Water’> captures the shift in thoughts and emotions that occurs through the interaction between human beings and water. Water is an omnipresent element—from fundamental daily routines like drinking and washing to recreational activities like swimming or visiting the ocean. The emotional transformations gained through our visual and tactile experiences with water ultimately guide our lives toward a better path. Though the movements rendered in my work may appear still or ambiguous at first glance, thought continues to flow incessantly even within those static moments. Because learning and growth know no age limit, this work is not a mere record of the past, but an ongoing story of the contemplative moments we experience in the present. Both artists and viewers wish to experience joy, satisfaction, and meaning in the creative process. I search for my visual voice through painting. Every painting is a book; and each one is judged by its cover. I often pursue an interplay between organic and built; a mix of the intentional and accidental; and an intersection of curiosity and tranquility. I don’t think abstraction and representation necessarily need to be segregated. I use strong colors of water-based media: typically, acrylics. For environmental and practical reasons, I fabricate my panels from recycled/repurposed building materials. This has the added benefit of freeing me from being locked into rectilinear forms.

My work is based on the minute and detailed lines found in etchings and engravings from the 15th to -17th centuriesy. I collect my source materials from museums, antique print dealers, and private collections. I photograph the prints and use Photoshop to digitally modify the images, which serve as general outlines for my compositions. Often book pages provide the underlying armature for many of my works. I overlay the digitally enlarged image on top of the book pages, which are mounted to a canvas or backing material. The content of the text often offers inspiration for the image. Selectively lining out the text with paint or ink allows me to develop a composition that is woven into the text. Some of the common themes found in my work are based on my appreciation for both engravings and handwritten cursive. I enjoy thinking about how both these art forms were ubiquitous tools for communication in the past, and how obsolete they are today. I am also inspired by science and contemplation of the natural world.

Moje obrazy brały udział w wielu grupowych przedaukcyjnych wystawach Młodej Sztuki. W 2025 jeden z moich obrazów popłynął w Międzynarodowy rejs, biorąc udział w wystawie na Żaglowcu STS Pogoria.
